Last July someone posted a fix for the panic: munhash 
problem on 4.2 Vax 750.  For reasons I won't go into
I no longer have the fix, would someone please send it to me ?

To refresh your memory, the problem occurred when using sdb or dbx on
a file whose blocks spanned 200 blocks (or something like that)

The patch was to vm_machdep.c and fixed the call to
munhash (at or near line 147 in vm_machdep.c)
