Johnson I have been useing MacTerminal 1.1 for a while now, but just noticed that the cursor changes when you press option. A little experimentation shows that some kind of escape sequence is sent when you press the mouse button with option held down. The escape sequence seems to depend on where the mouse cursor is relative to the blinking terminal cursor. I don't yet have the updated manual for MacTerminal and the one that came with it mentions nothing about this. Does anyone know what the escape sequences are? Could I really use them to do editor cursor positioning with the mouse? ---Paul Johnson -------
