	Microsoft File, just now starting to ship, can accept records 
separated with carriage returns with fields separated with tabs.  The manual 
on page 230 says "If you want to use a tab within a field value, type 
quotation marks around the field value.  If you wnat to include quotation 
marks within a field value, type two quotation marks where you want one to 
appear."
