The IESEND call in FORTRAN works ok as far as commanding my
HP 5423A analyzer over the HPIB bus.  The IEWFE and IEREC calls
time out.  It appears that the 11-780 talks and the HP listens
ok, but vice-versa bombs.  The HP analyzer works ok in both
directions over to the HP 9845 desk top computer.  We've had the
local DEC rep. out - to no avail.  I need help fast.  Thanks in
advance.
