Ed Taft of Adobe rightly points out that the Arpanet cannot be used to
make commercial announcements.  However, I believe that the readers of
laser-lovers are quite interested in hearing about new products in
this area.  Hence I'd like to suggest to those of you who are
manufacturers of equipment (and software developers) that what you can
do is mail product announcements to me and, as list moderator, I'll be
glad to summarize those of interest to the list.
