One thing to watch out for is the difference between "Nakamichi" and
"Nakamichi of America" (I think that's the name), which is the distinction
between the Japanese manufacturer, imported by somebody, and the American
importer of the Japanese equipment.  The difference in products may be
minor, but you'd probably rather have something that can be repaired in the
US in normal repair shops.  You want to deal with an American firm which
can supply parts and information (and is blessed by the parent company to
do so).
