I don't know author or publisher, but it was must reading back when I was in Catholic high school. You'll probably have to look for an edition that's at least 15 years old, because sometime in the last 20 years I think St. Christopher was 'demoted' from sainthood, along with a number of other saints whose existence is dubious (St. Philomena also went by the wayside then). The best place to look would probably be at a Catholic high school library.
