I have had a wonderful time reading, and writing, net news.
I'd like to express my appreciation to the hundreds of
people who have made the net a fascinating, sometimes an
aggravating, but always engrossing place to visit.
From the writers of 300-line memos, to those who expressed
themselves in a few words, from those with 10-line signatures
to those who hardly identified themselves at all, from
the composers of poetry to the mongers of rumors, the
slingers of unlikely obscenities, and the purveyors of
specialized bits of knowledge:

	THANKS.  I know a lot more than I did last year,
	and I have been verry amused.
