(Atlanta, Georgia) Lines: 28 Here's a recipe that I thought netters would enjoy: From the Kitchen of Annette Hall: CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 3 sticks butter 3 cups sugar 8 oz. cream cheese 6 large eggs 3 cups sifted cake flour 1/4 t salt 1 & 1/2 t almond extract 1 t vanilla Cream first 3 ingredients until light & fluffy. Add salt, vanilla and almond- beat well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, blending well after each. Stir in flour. Spoon into greased tube pan. Bake at 325 for 1 & 1/2 hours. Cool for 15 - 20 minutes in pan and then remove. (If you wait too long to remove, it STICKS!) This is the best pound cake that you will ever eat!
