I too do not use an honorific before my name, which has led to some interesting problems. Since my name is Dana, any correspondence that I receive from someone (or an organization) who has never met me feels compelled to put "Ms." in front of my name. (I'm a male) My roommates certainly get a big kick out of it! Just thought someone might be interested.
