When I say flat I mean that for a certain stock price
range (say 30.00+) the commision is 40.00 for the first 100 shares + .10
per share over 100 shares (until you get to 1001 shares).  So
its flat to a reasonable extent.  I guess flat is not really a 
good word for what I meant.
