           [] Microprocessor system and software design and integration

           [] Working knowledge and good familiarity with UNIX OS
              and C programming language

           [] Familiarity with software design for serial data communications
              LANs, peripheral interfaces

           [] Familiarity with hardware and firmware design requirements for
              microprocessor systems, e.g., 68000, 8186 etc.

           [] B.S. Computer Science or Math; 2+ years experience
