For jokes of that ilk, try getting a copy of "A book called Bob" by 
National Lampoon (came out last year, I got it --appropriately-- at 
a Kroger's store). 

Example: 

What do you call a guy with no arms & no legs who tries to eat apples
out of a water-filled barrel ? bob

What do you call a guy with no arms & legs who coughs a lot? Flem
