[bug spelled backwards ... doesn't spell anything]

I saw a reference to a publication called "Modula-2 News" in the
USENIX Winter Conference Dallas 1985 Proceedings.  The issue cited
was #0 from October 1984.  Is this a new magazine or newsletter?
If anyone has information on it, please send me mail or reply to
the net.  On a different (altho very exciting topic), I called
Borland Inc the other day and they said they were going to start
shipping Turbo Modula-2 in March.  They would not say what the
pricing would be!?  The tech on the phone said "It is hot!".
