There is a program advertised in Sextant (Jan-Feb 85, page 15)
that runs on IBM PC type machines and can read a long list of
disk formats, including Heath 89 soft sector.   They are
MDG Assoc. (805)-529-5073.

Just relaying info, haven't used the product.
