Message-ID: <343@qantel.UUCP> Date: Fri, 1-Feb-85 15:33:20 EST Article-I.D.: qantel.343 Posted: Fri Feb 1 15:33:20 1985 Date-Received: Tue, 5-Feb-85 04:13:28 EST Distribution: net Organization: MDS Qantel, Hayward, CA Lines: 20 I have recently purchased an IBM-PC XT from a private party. Included with the computer was a Quadram expansion board containing 256K of memory, serial and parallel ports, and a clock. However, the party had no documentation for the board because he purchased the computer from a friend. Without documentation and/or software for the board, I cannot configure it, change switch settings, or even communicate with the clock. I cannot find anyone within my company who owns one of these boards, therefore I make an appeal to the net for any information regarding these boards. If there is any software needed to run the clock, etc., I would appreciate any help in finding out how to get my hands on it, short of buying another board. Please send whatever information you can by whatever means you wish. electronic mail: ...!ucbvax!dual!qantel!ken paper mail: Ken Nichols 268 Anna Maria St. Livermore, CA 94550 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
