     I can't find the article that this is in reply to anymore, but
someone mentioned that there were scratches in his most frequently used
disk.  I found the same thing on my disks.  I have never cleaned the heads
of my Mac, but I am doing it now.  Does anyone know for sure whether this
is really the problem or what else might cause it?
