Not disagree with your intent, but this round of flaming was a long time ago and two changes have occured. 1) net.sources.mac came into existence AFTER the postings. (Maybe even because of them). 2) Tom already apologized. I do, however want to say that only 6 or 7 months ago the flaming was ALL in the other direction when people were posting uuencoded binaries to net.sources, and everyone told them to send them to individual groups. Specifically, binaries for the IBM P.C. were directed to net.micro.pc and tohexes for the mac to net.micro.mac.
