Here are two pieces of information about the Tandy 1000/1200HD that
have not shown up in discussions in net.micro.pc yet.

1. it does NOT have a socket for an 8087NPU
2. the character generator ROM is soldered in making it *very*
   difficult to use something like STSC APL/PLUS*PC which
   usually needs its own char gen ROM to put nice APL chars
   on the screen
