I got a lot of mail in response to the original BAD movie survey
posting.  It seems that  'Plan 9 From Outer Space" is thought to
be the most enjoyable bad movie and is certainly hilarious for a
physicist!  Some others: "The Blob", something to do with
Santa Clause & Mars, "Wormeaters", "Robot Monster", & "Horror Planet".

I'm not sure if all the titles are exact.  St. Louis has a couple of
good channels for BAAAAAADDDD movies but my television broke in July
and I haven't gotten around to fixing it yet, so I've gotten
behind.

I do remember one called "Graduation Night" or something like that,
which was not a campy sci-fi, but a campy drive in movie.  I like
both types of campiness!!!!!
