The production staff must have THOUGHT that they were doing a serious film. Therefore, "Attack of the Killer Tomatoes," as a somewhat infantile satire, does not count as a "bad" movie. However, films such as "Plan 9 From Outer Space" and "The Creeping Terror" *do* qualify. --Lauren--
