It has been suggested that some people add to their postings a note saying
that transmission of the article through a network that doesn't post
everything is a violation of copyright.

That sure sounds interesting.
What If I post something that says "any retransmission through a mediam so
general that anything is accepted is strictly prohibited."

Can I then sue everybody on usenet because they retransmitted my article?
