Notes looks at the environment variable PAGER to determine
if you want to use a different program than /usr/usb/more to look at
the help page.  The problem is there is no way to pass parameters to
the program. (e.g., I would like to run my own pager program, say
page, invoking it as page -s).  Has anyone fixed this?
