I feel my cats are fairly well trained. I use the squirt gun method, but they still do things they aren't supposed to. They have cut down on the frequency but I still have to squirt them. I guess you will probably never get them to be perfectly trained but one thing I do if I get really disgusted with repeated offenses is to progress to glasses of water. Make sure most of it goes on the cat. It has been very affective. Whatever you do, don't give up and don't let the cat win. karen alias larryg
