I seek a listing of nations with an established, or official, or
state religion(s), plus compact descriptions of the particular
relationships between state & religion (eg., England vs. Italy
vs. Saudi Arabia, etc.).

Does anyone know of a single source of this information?  If I
manage to obtain enough data, I'll post the results to the net.
