The Peace Society at the University of Waterloo, in Waterloo, Ontario,
Canada, is attempting to organize a pen pal programme with Eastern Bloc
countries.  We need help in two areas:
		1) Does anyone know of such a programme that
		   already exists?
		2) Does anyone have any Eastern Bloc contacts who
		   might be interested in corresponding (or knows
		   someone who would like to correspond with) Canadian
		   students?
