Massive apologies for having to post this, but...

Our /usr filesystem on osu-eddie filled up last night. As a result, 3 pieces
of mail coming to me were dropped. I know that at least 2 of them had to  do
with the mailing list which  I  proposed  a  couple of days ago, but the TM*
files which were left lying around were garbled and unrecoverable.

I have been sending responses to  all those  who had written to me about it.
If you don't get a response from me within a day or two now, PLEASE RESEND.

Also, I did not post this to  net.politics,  as I did the original proposal,
because it really doesn't belong there. If you know anyone who picked up the
proposal from there who might  have  missed  this, please point them to this
article.
