Whether the subject of their photos is clothed or unclothed, the principle remains the same-- if the subject is to be specifically selected for a photo, he/she should be given the opportunity to voice their opinion in the matter. This is simply a matter of being considerate. In the case of "naturalist" recreation (i.e. sunbathing), the subject is even more touchy.
