To quote their catalog: "Cuts borders, nicely beveled at 60 degrees, from 1 1/2" to 6 3/8" wide, in 1/8" or 1/16" increments. Cuts as long as 32" (longer cuts may be made by simply shifting the mat). Very easy to use, even if you're a lefty. Comprehensive 96 page booklet explains techniques..." It includes a straight-edge and cutter. I've never used it, but Brookstone's stuff is usually pretty good.
