The discussion about the cold snap which hit the rest of the country (but not Orygun, we enjoyed balmy weather in the 40's and 50's here) came around to the old discussion of a system of fans for blowing the radioactive wastes we USAers plan to drop on Canada, rather than on us. The fans in the original plan were supposed to be along the north border of the USA, but it is obvious that Canada has completed a set of these fans, designed to spread the fallout over the USA, and the Alberta Express was just a way to test them.... Any comment from our Canajan friends up there? Hutch
