   In a previous message (mostly concerning Romana's hat), I said I 
 thought that Dr. Who was an ITV product.

   It isn't.  Sorry about that.
 
   The end of each episode states that it is a BBC Colour production, 
 distributed by Lionheart.  The old sieve ... I mean memory ... strikes again.
