RMover (Resource Mover) and ResEdit (Resource Editor) are both utilities from
the Software Supplement to Inside Macintosh.  Resource Editor will eventually
replace the buggy Resource Mover, after Apple finishes beta-testing it.

Although Apple retains copyright on both programs, they can be passed around
freely.  Both have appeared in MAUG library #5 on Compuserve, and I believe
that ResEdit was posted to one of { net.micro.mac, net.sources } a while ago.
