There were three penalties accepted and at least one refused, I
believe.  A low number but not a record.  In the Pittsburgh/LA
Super Bowl, there were only two penalties.  Amazingly, they were both
on LA.  (Pittsburgh is perpetually one of the most penalized teams.)
