Simple sollution:

Buy 1 VHS format machine and

    1 BETA format machine.

Then when you tape it yourself you can
playback and cut commercials must better.
I do it and the finished product,(prodvided final tape is recoded on beta)
hardly shows anytrace of the editing unless you really sit there and
lok for it, me i'd rather watch the show.
