Leslie Parrish played Lt. Carolyn Palomas (spelling is probably wrong), the A and A officer (archeology and ancient civilizations, i think) who falls for the "god" Apollo in the episode "Who Mourns for Adonis". An interesting twist to the ending of that episode that appeared in the Blish series of adaptations had McCoy asking Kirk what he should do about preparing sickbay as a maternity room for delivery of a god's offspring.
