Around here I am the Star Trek Guru. Starting one day a few months ago and from out of the woodwork, I was beening asked, "who is Leslie Parrish". Well, mabye this will help relieve all this curiosity: > David K. Bradley > North Texas State University > Denton, TX > infoswx!ntvax!david > >In Richard Bach's ("Jonathan Livingston Seagull", "Illusions", etc.) latest >book, "The Bridge Across Forever", he tells about how he met his wife, Leslie >Parrish. Apparently Leslie Parrish was a guest star in an episode of Startrek. (I believe this is where the question arose from) Lt. Carolyn Palamas, specialized in Archeology and Anthropology. The episode is "Who Morns for Adonis". It's about how the Enterprise and crew meet up with Apollo and how he wants the crew to become simple sheperds and worship him. But of course, they cannot because the people from the 23rd Century are a little more educated and what not than the Anceint Greeks were. Parrish is Apollo's love intrest and the weapon Kirk uses to defeat him. I hope that helps, it's all from memory, Chris Wayne @ UNM. P.S. for those that are interested, I have changed accounts from cvax:csdeptaa to cvax:cwayne.
