     I am planning a trip to the British Isles in  late  May
and  early  June.   I  am  looking  for  suggestions  on the
cheapest way to get there from the west coast.
I plan on using "bed and breakfast" places.  I am also look-
ing  for  suggestions  on  places to stay and ones to avoid.
If I get enough information I will summarize  for  the  net.
