It has all the water sports you mentioned with the exception of windsurfing, the scuba diving is excellent with 100+ ft visibility and you can snorkel just about anywhere. The island of Cozumel is sur- rounded by coral reefs and you have your choice of several dive shops to choose from when planning a boat trip out to them. Hotels and restaurants on the island range from inexpensive to resort type, since you are going off season you should get good rates -- see your travel agent. The scenery is beautiful and on the East side of the island are literally miles of secluded white sand beaches. If you want more information mail me a note.
