This is an update of the murder of D.L. Brock which happened on Jan. 18. (I  
think).

It starts at the party given in honor of Ginny and Frisco. Brock and family
decided to go after all, and Brock was toting along the copy of a "rap"
sheet (police report) of Ginny when she was busted in Florida years ago.
I don't know the details of her bust (think it had to do with drugs).

When the party is in full swing, a seemingly calm Brock (to bobbie, et al)
meets Ginny behind the stage where he tells her that he will give the rap
sheet to a newspaper reporter later that night and everyone will know the
"real truth" about her by the next day. A frightened Ginny pleads with  
Brock, but it does no good.

Brock returns to the party first (and he is back to the same old Brock)
where he finds Bobbie and Rick dancing together. He procee
scene and order Bobbie to leave with him. Bobbie tells him "no way" and
she leaves with Terri and Ruby (Ruby said they could stay with her). 
Brock tries to fight with Rick, but Scorpio intervenes and has Brock
escorted home.  Meanwhile, Ginny returns to the party where Rick tells 
her what happened. Ginny gets away from the crowd and gets a prop gun
from the studio and hids it in her coat. She then returns to the party
until she feels she can slip away for a while.

Back at the Brock penthouse, Bobbie and Terri have there things packed
and are ready to leave (Ruby did not come home with them) when Brock gets
home and tries to stop them from leaving (he is very irate and crazy now).
Brock struggles with Bobbie and Bobbie tells Terri to go get help.
Terri goes down the staircase (I don't know why) and finds all the exit 
doors are locked (on all floors). While Terri is doing this, Bobbie and 
Brock struggle as Bobbie tries to reach the phone. Brock gets his gun
(newly acquired) and they both struggle with it. Brock is really 
pushing Bobbie around and at one point a shot is fired into the ceiling.

Terri is still going down the staircase all the way down to the lobby
but no one hears her calling and all doors are locked. She begins to 
climb back upstairs (~20 floors, tired and scared). bbie pleads with
Brock and tries to get away and Brock back hands her across the face
and knocks her out.

Meanwhile, Ginny has left the studio aand is at Brocks Apartment building.
She gets up to the penthouse, with nobody seeing her, on the freight
elevator. She enters the penthouse right after Brock knocked Bobbie out.
She pulls the prop gun on Brock and demands the rap sheet. Brock gets the
gun away from her, discovers its fake, and proceeds to pick up his gun
from the floor (Bobbie had knocked away from him and it lay on the floor).

He points it at Ginny and she smacks it out of his hand and picks it up.
She tries to shoot him but he struggles with her and the shot brushes by 
his cuff (I think-it was hard to tell). That stuns Brock, and Ginny is
able to gain control of the gun again. Ginny shoots Brock in the heart
from about 20 feet. She then places the gun on the floor near Brock and
gets the rap sheet from his inside pocket. She exits the same way she 
came in just as Terri is reaching the penthouse - Terri does not see her.

Terri tries to get in one door (there are a few for some reason) at the same 
time that Bobbie is waking up and sees "something" (the gun). Bobbie picks
up the gun and crawls over to where she sees Brock (fuzzy) lieing on the floor.
She realizes he is dead when Terri enters.

Ginny gets back to the studio (someone almost saw her) and carries on
as usual (or tries to). She notices blood on her dress (Brock had reached
up at her with bloody hand and tried to grab her before he died) and she
gets a glass of red wine which she spills on herself when someone bumps
into her. The party continues and Bobbie calls Scorpio at the party to 
tell him of Brock's death. Ginny and Rick leave early.
