Lines: 17 Are these manuals still available? If so, where do I order them from, how much do they cost, and what kind of proof/licenses do I have to provide to show that I really do have 4.2 BSD? If not, is Usenix going to have another press run anytime soon, and how much will they cost? BTW, I am asking on behalf of my institution, not just as an individual. We would probably want ~30 sets, if they are available.
