I recently found a "bargain" on PDMagnetics HG Chrome Beta L-750 tapes, for
$4.99 - $1.00 rebate = !.  I seem to remember hearing (in this newsgroup?)
that this brand is not a good one, but at this price and my situation, I
felt I should check it out before I dismiss them entirely.  My situation
is this:  I will only record on the tapes once or twice in the next couple
of years, and watch it on an irregular basis.  Is it still unwise to consi-
der using these tapes?  Dare I entrust to them my Doctor Who archive?
