	I'm looking for a program which can simulate a configurable
stochastic network, that is a group of connected stochastic processes.
It needn't be very sophisticated. Perhaps sufficient to model simple
logic circuits. The application is neural network modelling.
	If I can't find one, I will probably have one written in a couple
of weeks, if anyone is interested.
