I thought that E-CAP (Electronic CIRCUIT analysis program) was a a household word. (At least among EE types) :-) It was originally written by IBM in FORTRAN to run under OS/360, and has by now been ported/adapted by numerous universities. It basically computes the AC transfer function of a circut of up to 50 nodes and 200 branches. If anybody knows of a university/ research institute willing to part with a copy for a modest fee, please let me know. -- Peter Kerrigan -- ..!ihnp4!tmq!peter
