  I am working on my doctorate and have the prospect of
six years of work ahead of me.  Can anyone suggest a
wine which will be great after six years' exposure
to office light and room temperatures.  (Yeah, I KNOW 
you're not supposed to do that to wine, but I would 
like to have an inspirational paperweight, the contents 
of which will be enjoyed when I am finished!)
