The Tektronix 6000 family of workstations (NS16032/32032 based, running enhanced 4.2BSD Unix) presently run at 8MHz, and will increase to 10MHz in the next month or so as the rev N 32016 CPUs become available. These products have never run at 4MHz, even during initial development. The first engineering prototypes clocked at 5MHz, back when National couldn't produce parts faster than this.
