I'd be interested in seeing some competitive benchmarks, particularly against Sun and VAX (I am told that the Xerox workstation, running Mesa - not Interlisp, has roughly the same performance as a VAX 750). It is a difficult comparison - almost apples and oranges. The Sun and VAX are 32-bit/word fast-register architectures, while the Xerox workstation is a stack machine. Perry
