I forgot to add in my previous message on this subject that a recent study by a cancer therapist in New York City indicates that computer programmers have one of the highest rates of cancer (I think it was of the stomach). I heard him talking about this the other day on a talk show and he ruled out diet and hardware considerations, but felt that stress was the main contributing factor. Perhaps the annoying scrolling effects takes its toll in more ways than one.
