Itoh & Co. (America) Inc., of New York City, seeking an injunction which would Itoh from selling its CIT-220 video display terminal. DEC is charging that the Itoh VDT is a direct and unauthorized copy of the DEC VT-220 and that Itoh also copied both its VT-220 screen set-up formats and documentation, in violation of DEC's copyright. ... ... ... DEC is asking the court to order Itoh to cease manufacturing, distribution and sale of the CIT-220, as well as a recall of all terminals and manuals from its customers.
