It is a recording of the Thompson Twins, 'Into the Gap'. At a point about 3 minutes into the fourth cut, there is a 1 second period that my player almost mutes. (It sounds like the kind of mistracking one would get on an LP if the tracking force was too light). The curious part of this is that there is no visible damage to the CD, and my dad, who has the identical player (Revox B225), can play the disk without incident.
