Regarding the U.S. vs. Japan debate, most of the discussion so far has
centered on features/price/performance.  I have not seen  any  mention
of reliability, and cost of repairs.  We  have  owned  several German,
American, and Japanese cars, and we have found that the Japanese  cars
were the most reliable and least expensive to repair....
